About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the appliances department, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, provide excellent service, demonstrate products and make helpful recommendations. The company provides training to build expertise in kitchen and laundry appliances, including their specifications, features and benefits. The role also supports the customer experience, completes transactions, contributes to profitable growth and sales goals, maintains department merchandising and readiness, and trains other sales floor personnel.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands and/or in custom design environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
