About The Position
The Retail Sales Representative helps customers find wireless devices, plans, and accessories that meet their needs. The role includes demonstrating products, driving sales, setting up devices, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. Representatives also help maintain an organized and appealing store, support inventory and displays, follow security and privacy policies, attend ongoing training, and collaborate with teammates to create a positive shopping environment. Individual commissions are paid twice monthly. The posting lists average hourly pay plus commission total compensation of $15–$30 per hour, with uncapped commission potential.
Requirements
