Brand Ambassador (Full-Time or Part-Time)
About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to revolutionize home improvement. This role involves interacting with customers face-to-face in retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest. The company aims to make home improvement faster, easier, and stress-free, helping homeowners create spaces they love. As part of a network of trusted home renovation companies, Statewide Remodeling is growing across 36 states and values diverse perspectives and unique experiences. This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided.
Requirements
- Must have weekend availability
- Friendly, fun, and positive attitude
- Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences
- Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence
- Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit
- Criminal background checks required

- Face-to-Face Marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation experience
- Customer Service Roles (in-person or call center)
- Retail (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers)

- Fast Food & Quick-Service Restaurants (cashiers, shift leads, drive-thru)
- Retail and customer service experience highly valued
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote our products and generate interest
- Represent our brand with confidence and professionalism
- Initiate conversation and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services
- Set appointments and assist customers in a clear and friendly way
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals
