About The Position

Statewide Remodeling, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to revolutionize home improvement. This role involves interacting with customers face-to-face in retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest. The goal is to help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services by initiating conversations, setting appointments, and assisting customers in a clear and friendly way. The position requires collaboration with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. Entry-level candidates are welcome, as comprehensive training will be provided. The company emphasizes making home improvement faster, easier, and stress-free, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience highly valued
• Entry-level candidates welcome—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
• Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
