Entry-Level Retail Sales Representative
About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking Entry-Level Retail Sales Representatives. This role involves interacting with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest. The company aims to revolutionize home improvement by making it faster, easier, and stress-free. As part of a powerful network of trusted home renovation companies, Statewide Remodeling helps homeowners create spaces they love. The company values fresh perspectives and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds. This is a full-time, W2 employee position with guaranteed base pay plus performance bonuses.
Requirements

- Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.

- Fast Food & Quick-Service Restaurants (cashiers, shift leads, drive-thru)
- Retail and customer service experience highly valued
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote our products and generate interest
- Represent our brand with confidence and professionalism
- Initiate conversation and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services.
- Set appointments and assist customers in a clear and friendly way
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals
