About The Position

LINQ is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are committed to fostering an exceptional agency culture and are excited to offer both full-time and part-time opportunities in the Mississauga areas. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will promote our client's financial products in various settings, including retail environments, fuel-centers, malls, and events. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and educate customers about our client's products, ensuring they meet the customers' needs and ultimately enrolling and encouraging their utilization. Most events will take place in a collaborative team environment. This position offers guaranteed hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, or direct sales)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required for events)
