About The Position
Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our Covington, VA Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service or call center experience
- Reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
Responsibilities
- Sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
