About The Position

Spirit of ‘76, L.L.C. is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Sales Manager to lead the daily operations of their Boonville retail store. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while overseeing sales, merchandising, inventory, and overall store operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who communicates well, takes initiative, solves problems, and is committed to ensuring the store operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail store management or a leadership role.
• Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to maintain high satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve positive year-over-year sales growth.
• Ability to foster a collaborative internal culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and product knowledge development.
• Demonstrated operational excellence and reliability in executing day-to-day responsibilities and business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess situations, identify practical solutions, and resolve operational and customer concerns effectively.
• A reliable source of transportation.
• Must be able to carry, pull, and/or lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must be able to crouch, grasp, pull, kneel, stoop, and walk to perform certain job functions.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours.
• The incumbent will be exposed to hazardous fireworks materials.

Nice To Haves

• Background in specialty, seasonal, or high-volume retail preferred.
• Experience managing sales performance and staff development preferred.
• Familiarity with merchandising and inventory control systems preferred.
