The manager will be responsible for achieving location goals by meeting Key Performance Indicators, maintaining staffing levels through retention and development, building a client base through ethical practices, establishing business accounts via community events, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. This includes inventory management, securing devices, merchandising, and enforcing operational policies and procedures while complying with legal requirements and staying updated on industry knowledge.
