Your day will be a mix of high-energy customer interaction and strategic business operations:

Requirements

  • Deep background in big game, waterfowl backcountry hunting, giving you the firsthand experience to help assist our customers.
  • Ability to break the "hard-sell" mold by easily sparking genuine conversations and building lasting relationships with fellow hunters through shared stories and expertise.
  • Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
  • Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide unmatched customer service by sharing deep product knowledge and helping customers find exactly what they need.
  • Meet personal sales goals, analyze inventory trends, and make decisions on merchandise arrangements to keep our floors looking world-class.
  • Maintain a professional environment by stocking merchandise, setting up eye-catching displays, and collaborating with vendors.
  • Participate in weekly product knowledge meetings and facilitate training for your peers.
