Retail Sales Manager (Hunting) - Full-Time

Your day will be a mix of high-energy customer interaction and strategic business operations.
Requirements
- Deep background in big game, waterfowl backcountry hunting, giving you the firsthand experience to help assist our customers.
- Ability to break the "hard-sell" mold by easily sparking genuine conversations and building lasting relationships with fellow hunters through shared stories and expertise.
- Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
- High school diploma (or GED)
- 1–3 months of related experience
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide unmatched customer service by sharing deep product knowledge and helping customers find exactly what they need.
- Meet personal sales goals, analyze inventory trends, and make decisions on merchandise arrangements to keep our floors looking world-class.
- Maintain a professional environment by stocking merchandise, setting up eye-catching displays, and collaborating with vendors.
- Participate in weekly product knowledge meetings and facilitate training for your peers.
