Retail Sales Lead Generator
About The Position
ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking Retail Sales Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting. You will connect with homeowners while they shop, learn about their home-comfort needs, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions. This role offers an hourly pay plus uncapped commission with an average earning potential of $20-$30/hour. Paid training and flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with a career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. The position is located in Chula Vista, CA, and requires working Wednesday through Sunday, including weekends.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law

Responsibilities
- Starting friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality
- Explaining how ARS helps homeowners with heating, cooling, and home comfort improvements
- Offering customers the opportunity to schedule a free in-home consultation
- Entering customer information and booking appointments for ARS specialists
- Representing ARS with a positive, professional presence inside the store
- Working alongside store management and ARS team members to support in-store promotions
