About The Position
Join our team that partners with Costco to bring high-quality Water Treatment solutions to their members! If you’re outgoing, enjoy striking up conversations, and love turning “just browsing” into “tell me more,” this could be a great fit for you. This role involves representing Thomas & Galbraith and our Costco partnership by engaging shoppers in friendly, informative conversations about home water treatment options. You will work from a branded kiosk inside Costco, focusing on explaining benefits, setting appointments, and building relationships with Costco associates and managers. The goal is to educate customers and staff about the program and the value of clean, treated water, while tracking goals and celebrating wins.
Requirements
- Love talking to people and enjoy face-to-face conversations.

- Are a go-getter who’s focused on results and personal growth.
- Know how to listen actively and ask the right questions to understand what customers need.
- Can read the room and recognize when someone’s interested.
- Are organized and manage your time well throughout your shift.
- Feel comfortable guiding conversations toward a clear next step — setting an appointment.
- Can stand or walk for 4–8 hours at a time in a retail environment.
- Are comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, texting, and emailing.
- Can work Saturdays, when Costco is busiest.
Responsibilities
- Represent Thomas & Galbraith and our Costco partnership by engaging shoppers in friendly, informative conversations about home water treatment options.
- Work from a branded kiosk inside Costco — no cold calling or door knocking.
- Start conversations with members, explain the benefits of our water treatment services, and set appointments for our home service consultants.
- Build relationships with Costco associates and managers — you’ll be the face of our partnership in the store.
- Help educate customers and staff about the program and the value of clean, treated water.
- Track your goals and celebrate your wins — we’ll train and support you every step of the way.
