About The Position

As a Clerical colleague in the Fine Jewelry Department, you process new merchandise, maintain department records, and perform other support and administrative functions. You help provide an exceptional customer experience by making the customer the priority. The position is part-time at the Westfield Valley Fair location. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Use technology to complete sales transactions, perform audits, and process new receipts, damages, transfers, and return-to-vendor merchandise.
• Merchandise jewelry cases for new products, seasonal changes, special events, and clearance sales.
• Pack customer sizing and repair orders for shipment to the Jewelry Center.
• Organize and file shipping, receiving, customer sizing, repair, sales, and return documentation.
• Assist with inventory and monitor supply levels.
• Perform fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and Buy Online, Pickup in Stores (BOPS).
• Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of jewelry counters and the surrounding area.
• Follow Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
• Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
