About The Position
Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ professionals and over 45 years of trusted home service. This role involves working inside a national retail home improvement store, engaging customers in conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. The primary goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors.
Requirements
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Must be able to pass a background check
