Retail Sales Floor Associate
About The Position
Marion Goodwill Industries is seeking a Sales Floor Associate to help maintain an organized store and assist shoppers throughout their visit. This is an entry-level retail role with paid training and clearly defined responsibilities. If you have experience in grocery, stocking, food service, or customer-facing roles, this position offers a structured setting without commission sales or quota pressure. The position offers consistent scheduling, defined daily tasks, a balance of customer service and hands-on floor work, advancement potential, a team-focused environment, and meaningful work that supports community programs.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Support customers on the sales floor and at checkout as needed
- Support checkout operations when needed
- Promote in-store programs and initiatives
- Restock and rotate merchandise
- Return items to the sales floor and assist with product rotation
- Support store promotions, signage, and seasonal displays
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized
- Follow store policies and safety procedures
