Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a related analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate financial insights to both Finance and non-Finance audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and enterprise planning systems
  • Interest in or experience with AI/ML tools and automation techniques to improve financial processes and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic consultation and guidance on business proposals, promotional campaigns, and key financial decisions.
  • Translate complex financial modeling into clear, actionable insights for Retail leadership and senior Finance executives.
  • Develop Retail's promotional and weekly/quarterly demand forecasts segmented by product, country, and channel.
  • Analyze variables including historical performance, seasonality, promotional offers, and macro/micro economic trends to identify drivers of current business performance.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive forecast assumptions to Retail leadership and cross-functional partners to drive informed investment and inventory decisions.
  • Build strong partnerships across Retail business partners, geo leadership, Sales Finance, Corporate Finance, and inventory planning teams.
  • Develop analyses, tools, and processes to support business initiatives and provide weekly forecast insights that drive supply allocation to Retail.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical workflows through the use of AI and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to the team's ongoing efforts to modernize processes and enhance the speed and quality of financial insights.
