About The Position

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales & Customer Service Representative to meet face-to-face with customers at our partner retail locations. We work with several well-known big-box retailers throughout the local area, helping customers understand the energy options available for their homes. Previous energy experience isn’t required. We’re looking for friendly, motivated people who communicate well and enjoy helping others.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous energy experience isn’t required.
• Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
