Bilingual Portuguese Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
We are looking for Portuguese and English speakers to join our team as Retail Sales Consultants. In this role, you will create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T’s full suite of products and services. You will guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are key to staying current with evolving technology and customer needs.
Requirements
- Speak Portuguese and English.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Flexibility and openness to change.
- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities
- Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise.
- Meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T’s products and services.
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events.

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
