Bilingual Portuguese Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
We’re looking for Portuguese and English speakers for our Retail Sales Consultant role. This position offers a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for external candidates. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T’s full suite of products and services. You will guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required as training and coaching will be provided.
Requirements

- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
