Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find products and services that meet their needs. The role uses a consultative sales approach to build meaningful customer connections, meet sales targets, and earn commission through sales of AT&T devices and services. Additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees. The position is based on the sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment. Consultants also participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Training, tools, and coaching are provided for employees who are new to sales. The schedule is between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. The stated schedule is 20 hours per week.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
