About The Position

Mobily, a large nationally authorized AT&T retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) for its Sugar Land, Texas location. The role offers commission-based earning potential, training and tools for success, and a career path with opportunities for advancement into leadership. The position includes occasional participation in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities on behalf of AT&T. Employees will receive reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is a condition of employment.

Requirements

Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the store location.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
