Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish-English Retail Sales Consultant for a part-time retail role in Pleasanton, California. The consultant builds meaningful customer connections and uses personalized, consultative sales expertise to guide customers through AT&T products and services, meet sales targets, and earn commission. The role also involves participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change help employees stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. The schedule is between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to employees without sales experience. Pay is $21.71–$25.61 per hour, plus $6,850 and commissions if all sales goals are met. Consultants working 20–24 hours per week earn an average of $48,151 per year in total compensation. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. The posting also lists 40 weekly hours under “Weekly Hours.”
