About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant provides customer service and supports sales in an AT&T retail location. The role involves understanding customers’ needs and helping them identify how AT&T products can meet those needs, while staying current on data and entertainment technology and devices. Consultants educate and engage customers through product demonstrations and work in a fast-paced team environment to meet and exceed sales goals.
