About The Position

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant for its AT&T-authorized retail business. The role helps customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that suit their needs and lifestyles. The consultant provides an exceptional in-store customer experience, supports store operations, works with a team, and represents the AT&T brand in the local community. Compensation includes base pay and a commission plan, with annual earnings potential of $40,000 to $50,000 or more based on performance, plus a new-hire ramp-up bonus during the first three months.

Requirements

• Previous customer-facing experience.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
