About The Position

Prime Communications is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs and lifestyles. The role involves delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, meeting sales goals, supporting store operations, and representing the AT&T brand in the local community. The position offers a base pay plus commission, a new-hire ramp-up bonus, training, and opportunities for career advancement, including potential growth into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
