Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant role focuses on customer experience and sales. The consultant will possess a competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. They will stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools. The consultant will understand customers' needs and help them discover how AT&T's products meet those needs. This role requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. The consultant will educate and engage customers through product demonstrations and interact with customers, providing prompt and courteous customer service to all.
