Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's products and services. The consultant will guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience. The position involves working a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. AT&T prioritizes the safety of its employees and customers by following all protective and safe-distancing guidelines related to COVID-19.
Requirements
