Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant helps customers identify their needs and discover how AT&T products can meet them. The role involves demonstrating products, providing prompt and courteous customer service, and working toward sales goals in a fast-paced team environment. Consultants stay current on data and entertainment technology and devices, including Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools. The position is based at the AT&T retail location at 1800 Plymouth Rd, Minnetonka, Minnesota. It is a regular role with a 40-hour workweek. Pay is $16.25–$26.70 per hour, plus commissions; the posting states that meeting all sales goals can yield $13,700 or more in commissions and that top sellers can earn $62,460 per year. Starting pay within the stated range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
