About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant role involves possessing a competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. The consultant will stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, understand customers' needs, and help them discover how AT&T products meet those needs. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced team environment, educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, and interacting with customers to provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and customer service experience preferred

Nice To Haves

Experience with technology and telecommunications products
Proven track record of meeting sales goals
