About The Position

This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's products and services. The position involves meeting sales targets, earning commission, and potentially receiving additional pay for bilingual skills. The role requires a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. It also involves community engagement through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

Must speak Spanish and English.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
Flexibility and openness to change.
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
