Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English. The position involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by offering AT&T's products and services. The consultant will use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guide customers through their options, and participate in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls. The role requires flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without experience. The company prioritizes the safety of employees and customers, adhering to all protective and safe-distancing guidelines.
