About The Position

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions suited to their needs and lifestyle. The consultant provides an exceptional in-store customer experience, recommends AT&T products and services, works toward sales goals, supports store operations, and builds relationships in the local community while representing the AT&T brand. Compensation includes base pay and a commission plan, with potential annual earnings of $40,000 to $50,000 or more based on performance.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
