About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish and English Retail Sales Consultant. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and guiding them through AT&T's products and services. The position involves meeting sales targets, earning commission, and utilizing the latest devices and personalized services. The role requires a consultative sales approach, community involvement through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. A fast-paced environment requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. AT&T is committed to safety and follows all protective and safe-distancing guidelines.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
Flexibility and openness to change.
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
