About The Position

Mobily is an AT&T-authorized retailer hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to serve customers in a retail store. The role offers base pay plus commission and describes unlimited earning potential, training, and a career path toward leadership. Consultants provide customer service, recommend tailored solutions, represent Mobily and AT&T professionally, support store operations, and work toward sales goals and key performance indicators. Employees may occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities. Participation is a condition of employment, and employees will receive reasonable notice of scheduled events.

Requirements

Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
Be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the location.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
