About The Position

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions tailored to their needs and lifestyle. The role involves delivering an exceptional in-store experience, meeting sales goals, supporting store operations, working with a motivated team, and building relationships in the local community while representing the AT&T brand.

The position offers base pay plus commission, with potential annual earnings of $40,000 to $50,000 or more based on performance. New hires receive a ramp-up bonus during their first three months. The company also provides training and career growth opportunities, and promotes from within, offering opportunities to advance into leadership roles. Employees must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
