About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant role is focused on customer experience and sales. This position requires individuals to possess a competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. The consultant will stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools. They will understand customers' needs and help them discover how AT&T's products meet those needs. The role involves multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment, educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, and interacting with customers to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
