Retail Sales Consultant - GALLIPOLIS, OH (GALLIPOLIS)
About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant serves customers in an AT&T retail location, helping them identify their needs and understand how AT&T products can meet them. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales goals, keeping up to date on data and entertainment technology, demonstrating products, and providing prompt, courteous customer service in a fast-paced team environment. The position is located at 2145 Eastern Ave in Gallipolis, Ohio, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week. The stated earnings range is $47,500 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training; the range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Stay up to date on data and entertainment technology and devices, including Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools.
- Understand customers’ needs and help them discover how products meet those needs.
- Multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
- Interact with customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
