About The Position

Mobily, an authorized AT&T retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to provide customer service and sell products and services in a retail setting. The role offers commission-based earning potential, training, and a potential path to leadership. Employees may occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities on behalf of AT&T; participation is a condition of employment, with reasonable notice provided. Event duties may include engaging customers, representing AT&T products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with setup or breakdown.

Requirements

Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the work location.
Must live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
