Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and meeting sales targets. The consultant will utilize AT&T's products and services, including the latest devices and personalized services, to connect friends, families, and communities. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. Additionally, the role includes community engagement through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Flexibility and openness to change.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet and exceed goals with provided tools, training, and coaching.
