About The Position

This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's products and services. The consultant will guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. The role requires flexibility due to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided for those without experience.

Requirements

Must speak Spanish and English.
Ability to work a schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends.
Flexibility and openness to change.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
Willingness to receive training and coaching.
