Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This position is for a Retail Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The role involves creating meaningful connections with customers, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by offering AT&T's products and services. The consultant will use a consultative sales approach, engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience. Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Flexibility and openness to change.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
