About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and guiding them through product options using a consultative sales approach. The role involves meeting sales targets, earning commissions, and utilizing AT&T's products and services. Responsibilities include community engagement through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English.
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
Flexibility and openness to change.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
