Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and meeting sales targets. The consultant will utilize AT&T's products and services to connect people. The role involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, community engagement through events, online order fulfillment, and making outbound calls. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Be available to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Be flexible and open to change.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet and exceed goals with provided tools, training, and coaching.
