About The Position

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions suited to their needs and lifestyles. The role offers competitive base pay plus commission, training, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles. Prime Communications is the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., with more than 2,000 locations across 48 states, and promotes from within.

The position involves delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, achieving sales goals, supporting store operations, and representing the AT&T brand in the local community. Compensation potential is $40,000 to $50,000 or more per year, based on performance, with a new-hire ramp-up bonus during the first three months.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
