Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. The role involves helping customers choose from AT&T’s products, devices, and services, meeting sales targets, and earning commission. Consultants work in a fast-paced retail environment and may also participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help consultants succeed, including those without prior sales experience. The stated earnings range is $47,000–$75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities, and depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals. Individual starting salary within the range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
