About The Position

Medieval Times is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Clerks to provide outstanding customer service while selling retail items and photos. The role involves engaging guests, helping enhance their Medieval Times experience, answering merchandise and pricing questions, and taking staged and candid guest photos. Retail Sales Clerks also support inventory, merchandise presentation, sales promotions, and cash-handling procedures. This is described as a good first-job opportunity; no experience is necessary.

Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and determine their wants or needs.
Help guests enhance their Medieval Times experience while delivering a positive guest experience.
Answer questions about merchandise and pricing.
Describe options for taking and purchasing photos.
Use a camera to take staged and candid photos of guests.
Sell retail items and photos to guests in the arena.
Assist with monthly and quarterly physical merchandise inventory.
Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and payment and exchange policies.
Follow Medieval Times cash-handling policies.
Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
