Requirements

21 years of age or older.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Able to pass a criminal background check.
The ability to speak clearly and understand spoken information effectively.
Able to provide excellent customer service by assessing customer needs and meeting high quality standards.
Ability to give full attention to customers and team members, ask thoughtful questions, and convey information clearly and professionally.
Skilled at influencing positive outcomes, guiding conversations, and helping to reconcile differences or objections.
Strong ability to understand customer reactions, maintain situational awareness, and respond with tact and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in finding products, making selections, and sharing product knowledge.
Strictly verify IDs to ensure all sales are made only to customers 21 and over.
Screen customers for intoxication.
Maintain situational awareness for loss prevention.
Process transactions accurately at a cash register, handle cash and card payments, give correct change, and balance the till at the end of a shift.
Assist in receiving, inspecting, storing, and displaying merchandise.
Fill wholesale liquor orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required.
Maintain the facility in a clean, orderly, and safe condition (including occasional light maintenance like clearing sidewalks).
Assist with inventory spot-checks.
Help support store operations during peak times or in the absence of management.
