About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Sales Brand Ambassador to represent its premium window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on friendly conversations with shoppers, generating interest among homeowners, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. There is no hard selling or cold calling. The position offers a $22-per-hour base rate plus unlimited performance bonuses; the posting lists compensation of $25–$35+ per hour, with top performers potentially earning more. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, along with opportunities to grow into sales and leadership roles. Flexible scheduling is available, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
