About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Sales Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It does not involve hard selling or cold calling. The position offers a $22-per-hour base rate plus performance bonuses, with stated compensation of $25–$35+ per hour and potentially higher earnings for top performers. Flexible scheduling, paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career growth into sales and leadership roles are offered. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a smartphone.
• Be able to stand and move throughout a shift.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Be comfortable starting conversations with strangers and hearing “no” before moving on.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable in a performance-based environment.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, or sales.
